Characteristics

Due to the change of ocean high humidity climate and large temperature difference between day and night, the container water vapor will condense into water droplets to form a "container rain" to reduce the moisture content of the container and prevent container rain.

Product introduction

Container desiccant is also called strong desiccant, biochemical desiccant. It is mainly used in shipping containers to adsorb containers in the process of marine transportation or storage. Containers are formed by the high humidity of the ocean and the large temperature difference between day and night. The water vapor in the container will condense into water droplets. Container rain" to reduce the moisture content of the container and prevent container rain.


Product raw material classification

The raw materials currently used to produce container desiccant are: calcium chloride, silica gel, montmorillonite, quicklime. Among them, montmorillonite is used as the preferred raw material for the production of container desiccant because of its strong adsorption capacity, long-lasting adsorption capacity and high safety performance. The box desiccant is commonly used in 500 g/bar, dry bag 1900 g and dry bar 1900 g.

Product use and precautions

1. The desiccant can only function effectively in a closed environment, and the same container desiccant is no exception. If the desiccant is not guaranteed to be used in a confined space, the desiccant will never be able to absorb the moisture from the outside air that is constantly entering the source.

2. The desiccant that has not been used up after unpacking should also be sealed and stored instead of being placed at will. The desiccant must be sealed and stored, isolated from the outside air, and will remain effective the next time it is used. Otherwise, the next time it will be used is a desiccant that absorbs saturation and can no longer function.

3. The desiccant will increase the volume after absorbing moisture and moisture, so proper space is required. It is no longer possible to place objects on the desiccant to compress the drying bag. When the desiccant is placed under pressure, the contents overflow.

4. Please pay attention to care during transportation to avoid the abrasion of the inner and outer packaging; the transportation and storage environment is kept cool and dry.
